AIESEC National Youth Leadership Seminar 2022

The National Youth Leadership Seminar (NYLS) is one of the flagship seminars of AIESEC in Côte d'Ivoire, gathering committed young leaders from the organisation's local chapters every year. The 2022 edition was held in the city of DIVO, with the core goal of strengthening the leadership skills of young Ivorians and rallying them around today's challenges: digital transformation, sustainable development, social inclusion, entrepreneurship and active citizenship.

Over several days of workshops, talks and collaborative activities, participants gained practical tools, exchanged innovative ideas and grew their network. The seminar was also a unique opportunity to share inspiring experiences, spark civic engagement and prepare a new generation of leaders able to contribute positively to the country's socio-economic development.

The 2022 edition strengthened the momentum of AIESEC Côte d'Ivoire by creating a space for the personal and professional growth of young people, while affirming their crucial role in building a sustainable and inclusive future.
