Design of a patient journey management system for a clinic

This project involved designing a system to manage a client's (or patient's) journey, with the goal of organising, tracking and optimising every step of their visit. This software, intended for clinic staff, made patient management centralised, digital and seamless.

With this system, each patient could be registered on arrival, directed to the right department, tracked in real time throughout their journey (consultation, tests, care, billing), and their medical data was available at every step to authorised professionals.
